He works with founders, CFOs and leadership teams to build finance functions as their businesses grow, from key early appointments through to senior finance leadership.

Matthew leads Talentedge’s technology recruitment practice, helping businesses across a range of sectors hire specialists in software, embedded systems, cyber-security and business applications across the UK, Europe and US. With extensive experience across the technology market, he works closely with startups, scaleups and established organisations to understand their growth plans and connect them with the specialist talent they need.

Alex leads our Interim & Contract finance team, helping businesses bring in experienced finance professionals when they need specialist expertise or extra capacity. He works closely with finance leaders and their teams across entertainment, marketing services and technology, drawing on his 20 years’ market knowledge and network to connect them with people who can make an immediate impact.

He specialises in helping technology businesses build their finance teams, working with startups, scaleups and challenger brands on hires from newly qualified accountants through to Heads of Finance and Finance Directors.

Lehann has over 20 years’ experience in finance recruitment. She helps media, marketing services and technology businesses hire for roles ranging from entry and transactional level through to team leaders and finance managers. She combines a detailed understanding of these roles with the pace and care needed to help clients build strong finance teams.

Robin is a Managing Consultant specialising in finance and accountancy recruitment across media, marketing services and technology. With over 20 years’ recruitment experience, he helps businesses hire the people who keep their finance functions running, with a particular focus on transactional, part-qualified and newly qualified positions.

Ed specialises in interim qualified finance and finance transformation recruitment across the UK and Europe. He works with businesses undergoing growth and change to hire experienced finance professionals, with particular expertise across senior finance, FP&A, finance transformation, ERP implementations and systems-led change.

David has over 25 years’ experience recruiting finance and accountancy professionals, with a particular focus on entertainment and media. Thomas specialises in qualified finance recruitment for high-growth technology businesses, with a particular focus on SaaS, AI and FinTech.
